Origin
We use local, ethical and sustainability accredited suppliers within no more than seventy miles radius to Sycamore.
Northumberland has some world class food suppliers, and we adjust our menu daily to reflect what is the best available seasonal produce.
Every time you visit there is the opportunity to enjoy something new.
Cocktails at Bar 3
Bar 3 is our Ground Floor bar, where guests can sample a classic cocktail or contemporary creation. We offer a great range of premium spirits for all to enjoy.
The cocktails at Bar 3 are all about the flavour. Whether the main flavour is a spirit or fruit, our aim is to present it in the best way we can, using modern and classic techniques.
We also offer an excellent bar menu with fabulous smaller plates & sandwiches made fresh in the Sycamore kitchen.
