The key to any business’s success is its people. Our vision is to deliver locally sourced high-quality food in a relaxed and beautiful environment.
Head Chef Alex Robb will deliver the first part of our vision. Alex has learnt his trade in several high-profile hotels and restaurants within Northumberland over the past fourteen years producing exceptional food consistently. As well as extensive knowledge of local suppliers, Alex has assembled a team of young local chefs and kitchen staff who share the vision.

Chris Garner is our highly experienced General Manager and has many years of experience managing some of the most successful bars and restaurants in Newcastle City.
Chris has brought together a local team, focussing on our service being as important as our food.
